Habersham OB/Gyn Newsletter

Dear Tommy,

Thank you for providing an email address to help us communicate with you more efficiently!

At Habersham OB/Gyn, we give personal care in a hometown atmosphere while providing the modern technology necessary to provide the best medical care in Northeast Georgia.  Our means of communication are no different.

We will be using email newsletters to keep you informed on studies that affect the health of women and ways to keep yourself and your family protected.  We will also make you aware of improvements in our practice as we constantly strive to serve you with more efficient care.

We hope you appreciate our initiative to better care for you through education and counseling!

Sincerely,

Tommy Hatchett, MD

Barron Joins Habersham OB/Gyn

Our Nurse Midwifery services have grown in popularity as women seek individual attention and a personal birthing coach.  To accommodate our continued growth in Nurse Midwifery, we welcome Britteny Barron, CNM, MSN to our practice.

Britteny received her Masters of Science in Nursing at Emory University.  She is a Certified Nurse Midwife, a member of the American Midwifery Certification Board.

Britteny is originally from Snellville, GA .  She has been a resident of Habersham County for the past 9 years.  She, her husband, and their three children ages 3, 6 and 12 live in Cornelia.

Britteny enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to the beach.  Her favorite part of being a midwife is experiencing the miracle of birth with families.

Primary Care for Women

The next time you are sick, call Habersham OB/Gyn
and ask to see Andrea Fuller or Sandy Robb for primary care.

Our Primary Care offerings first began to serve the vast number of women who do not have a family physician.  A growing number of busy women would prefer to keep records, prescription needs, and medical care under one roof.

Habersham OB/Gyn is here to serve women with and without a family physician.  We are able to see patients regarding common illnesses and for those who need preliminary testing for referrals to specialists as needed.

We always strive to care for the total woman and bringing on a primary care service is another way that we can do that.

So whatever your health need, start with the group who knows you best.
